Eligibility requirements:

Employees of Oris and their families are not eligible to enter. Automated services or professional participants are also excluded. Only one prize is possible per person. Multiple prizes are excluded.

Duration of the competition

The competition will run from 29 august 2022 to 30 November 2022, 24:00 CET.

Prize information

Below we inform participants about the prizes we are giving away and how they can be won:

There are 51 prizes to be won. The jackpot consists of a trip for two to Switzerland, including travel there and back, plus an overnight stay in a hotel chosen by Oris to the value of CHF 5'000. The additional prizes include 50 original Oris Bear jumpers worth CHF 100 each.

Prizes cannot be paid in cash or in kind, exchanged or transferred to another person.

The prize draw will be held on 9 December 2022. Participants who have provided a valid email address will be taken into consideration for the prize draw.

The winners will be informed in writing. Oris is entitled to change the prizes at any time, even at short notice, prior to the announcement of the prizes. Prizes that cannot be delivered within four weeks of notification to the winner will be forfeited without replacement.

Cancellation or restriction of the competition:

We may terminate the competition at any time, in particular due to external circumstances and constraints. External circumstances and constraints include, in particular, technical problems, amendments to legislation or mandatory third-party measures beyond our control.

Data protection:

Participants agree that their data collected during registration and during the competition may be stored in a database and used in connection with the competition. Participants’ data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the competition (e.g. evaluation of the prizes) or if the participants have consented to its transmission.

All data will be deleted at the end of the competition. Participants may request that the stored data be deleted at any time during the competition.

If the participants have also subscribed to the newsletter, Oris SA will use the information provided by the participants (title, first name and last name, e-mail address, country, language and date of birth) to inform them of developments regarding Oris SA and any new competitions.

Miscellaneous:

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition and the judges’ decision is final. Participation is free. By entering the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions of participation.

The prize draw is exclusively subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Oris SA.
